• [x] If no record is linked to GRSciColl, look for the institution name on the GBIF list of publishers. Is there any corresponding publisher? Have they published any data? (add comments to the issue)
• [x] If data has been published on GBIF but isn’t linked to GRSciColl, notify Marie (tag ManonGros), she can link the data.

• The institution is a botanical garden and basically holds living collection of plants and some herbarium specimens that could be verified from there: https://www.nwu.edu.ph/nuebg
• The master source of the institution from IH was deleted in order to make some changes in the institution page in GRSciColl
• The institution is not yet a registered GBIF publisher and no data from their collection has been published in GBIF yet.
