The fact that it has its own institution code suggests HCT operates on its own. HCT does exchange specimens internationally. Having the same title is confusing. I have updated the title to fit. Will reflect that on GRSciColl.

The botanical garden part of the institution is at least a living-specimen collection being managed. Whether it still keeps dry specimens in house will require get in touch with contacts.
