This institution was deleted. It repeats another institution Kawanda Research Station issue #1660. Please note that there are suggested changes to #1660 as well

I restored the institution and merged it with https://www.gbif.org/grscicoll/institution/a0639f55-d97c-4b88-974b-f296b675be4c instead. That way the identifiers aren't lost and point to the correct entry.
