[x] If no record is linked to GRSciColl, look for the institution name on the GBIF list of publishers. Is there any corresponding publisher? Have they published any data? (add comments to the issue)

The webpage of the institution is not available so requested the publisher Shea Guinto to suggest the edits in institution and its collection.

-The institution has recently published one dataset -https://www.gbif.org/dataset/3833ef8b-ac61-43a8-a513-0dfe1d4a69e8 the occurrence records from the dataset needs to be linked with the institution @ManonGros
