A new institution was created with limited information that was available in their business site here https://lebanese-marine-and-wildlife-museum.business.site/#details
Two collections were added in the institution here https://registry.gbif.org/institution/45e5c4f1-59bd-49c1-8002-19781e1d41a6/collection
The institution is not a GBIF publisher and no data from their collection is mobilized through GBIF so far.
