• [x] If no record is linked to GRSciColl, look for the institution name on the GBIF list of publishers. Is there any corresponding publisher? Have they published any data? (add comments to the issue)
• [x] If data has been published on GBIF but isn’t linked to GRSciColl, notify Marie (tag ManonGros), she can link the data.

• Assigned temporary institution and collection codes.
• Bulk email sent to one contact person for each of the 4 departments containing collections requesting to update the info

• There is something about collections of Plovdiv University mentioned here but I do not know which is the occurrence record: https://www.gbif.org/species/1302164/treatments

I added the Herpetological collection: https://registry.gbif.org/collection/f6d1f54f-060c-45d9-9d8a-8d83fc8a36af based on the following article in which the specimen data has been published as an occurrence dataset (table format). I contacted its curator to ask whether they are interested in publishing. The curator updated the info on the website, but did not reply to the question about publishing.
