• [x] If no record is linked to GRSciColl, look for the institution name on the GBIF list of publishers. Is there any corresponding publisher? Have they published any data? (add comments to the issue)
• [x] If data has been published on GBIF but isn’t linked to GRSciColl, notify Marie (tag ManonGros), she can link the data.

• The information on the collection managed by the institution could not be found in their webpage but some other sources such as this recent paper: https://www.plantsjournal.com/archives/2022/vol10issue3/PartA/10-3-7-796.pdf indicates the existence of the herbarium collection.
• The data on institution was added by deleting the master source IH.
• The institution is not yet a GBIF publisher and none of their collection data have been mobilized in GBIF.
