Very limited institution information on GRSciColl. With only the address "New Territories, Sheung Shui", I suspect 'New Territories North Animal Management Centre' https://goo.gl/maps/tfQKJF1k7TBFYFuW6 is the intended entity. Though no code reference of DAFH.
