DELETE call on ingestion run doesn't work #39

The delete call (e.g. button on https://registry.gbif.org/monitoring/running-ingestions ), i.e. DELETE https://api.gbif.org/v1/pipelines/process/running/71f03224-f762-11e1-a439-00145eb45e9a gives a 403 for a user with admin permission.
