'A geo-coded inventory of anophelines in the Afrotropical Region south of the Sahara: 1898-2016' contact: rsnow@kemri-wellcome.org ... I will check to make sure Dr. Snow is still at KEMRI then reach out to inquire about publishing to GBIF. The original publication appears to fall into the category of a 'data paper' so I'm not certain inviting to the 2nd vector data paper call is appropriate.
Marianne Sinka told me Bob Snow was a founder of the Malaria Atlas Project (MAP) and that a big proportion of this dataset is already in the MAP occurrence data and will be available at Vector Atlas, so very likely avalaible at GBIF at some point as well.

Something to send to Lawrence Monda, perhaps, @CaroleSinou and @DimEvil for info, at least?
