Contacted the president of the association with a copy to the official organization mails to explore their interest in publishing through GBIF.org

Reply: "Considering the distribution data - yes we have a large database that we aim to publish by the end of this year. Once it will be published we aim to input these data in the GBIF database." I suggested publishing the dataset first and then writing the paper.
