The source links to a report with multiple individual research papers which may or may not all be derived from the same data source. The report contains a First ever Red List of European bees that may be published as a checklist. @spalp or @OlegBorodin77 - would one of you have time to follow up with the authors and ask if they would be interested in publishing the data related to the report?

andrejjh commented 3 months ago

I contacted Pr. Pierre Rasmont of UMons, one of the author, to see if he would be interested publishing the data.

Thank you very much for your support and help, André. I have also contacted one of the representatives of the partner organizations (the University of Tartu), who is currently working in this area and potentially has knowledge of the situation.

According to Pr. Pierre Rasmont, the Apoidea data of STEP are available via Denis MICHEZDenis.MICHEZ@umons.ac.be working on the SAFEGARD project. I'll come back when I have more information

Is this study related? https://www.gbif.org/data-use/4wSjGpBE7oHj69hOJzY4b3/insights-and-gaps-mapping-the-diversity-of-europes-wild-bees I can see Pr. Pierre Rasmont is one of the co-authors, so I wonder if they used GBIF data for the assessment.
