Write clear guidelines for GrSciColl editors

We need to:

1. Write definitions for (most of) the fields available on the GRSciColl form (we can use https://gbif.box.com/s/id5eptre3bgbsblxcofhrwnnc98ei6p9 as basis).
2. Make it clear what can be a collection and what cannot (e.g. collection of physical specimens)
3. Revise and update guidelines to solve duplicates: https://github.com/gbif/collections-duplicates
4. Make these guidelines easily accessible.

Doc. 1 - Guidelines for editors/mediators

• UI orientation / introduction
• the wider landscape (external sources, synchronization)
• editor scopes (and whom to ask)
• as a ... you can/should....
• be aware of
• please don't

Doc. 2 - Pitch (mostly a short video)

• what is
• a (wee) bit of history
• why this could interest you as a -- GBIF data publisher -- GBIF node manager -- ....

Doc.3 - technical documentation

• field names / definitions / rules
