Some documents have a fair few spelling errors. This could be a drawback of not using a word processor, although it's also difficult to find a "UN English" dictionary for popular word processors.
There are appropriate-ish dictionary "extensions" for web browsers (I use this one for Firefox), which would to help editors when using the GitHub interface, but unfortunately GitHub disables spellcheck when editing.
There's a good, free, UN/Oxford dictionary used for the automatic build spell check, but that's not very convenient.
This dictionary can be used in many free/open source editors, so I think it's worth us looking at a workflow for the people who edit documents most intensely (@kcopas, @akristensen etc), so they have access to a reasonable spellcheck.
