Correcting some misspellings.

Thanks @isabelyb,

We need to make translations in the Crowdin system (https://crowdin.com/project/gbif-nodes-guidance), but since that wasn't documented when you made this pull request I've copied them over.

The result is on https://docs.gbif-uat.org/effective-nodes-guidance/1.0/, until one of the document authors publishes the corrections.
