§3.2 Missing detail or link #6

In §3.2 Freshwater data tagging, the last sentence seems to merit either further explanation or a link where to learn more about this "allocation."

This can be done by allocating the specific dataset to the “Freshwater Network” during the publication process, after registering it with GBIF.

6: when uploading an dataset on the IPT, there is a selection list where the Freshwater Network can be chosen; I did not expand this explanation as the IPT is mostly used by experienced staff who know how to do it rather by scientists themselves; so I thought to mention it was enough
