5.1: Update example of dwc:georeferenceProtocol #39

Just before publication, update the example in the section 5.1 entry for dwc:georeferenceProtocol to reflect the version in which the example is published. Right now it says “Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide Version 2019-11-08”.

This is probably better updated to 'Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide 2020" to match the option in the Georeferencing Calculator.
