How do we adjust styles for non-English languages? #1

First two chapters (understandably) have several software manual-style admonitions of "NOTA" and "NOTA IMPORTANTE".

asciidoc styles "NOTE" and "IMPORTANT" appropriately for these instances, but I expect that we'll have to make adjustments for these admonitions to appear en español…

Or attribution settings such as note-caption and important caption can be set to non-default display values in the document header, cf. https://asciidoctor.org/docs/user-manual/#customizing-labels.
