Figura 3 is stretched #4

I assumed that we were formatting this wrong, but I think the screenshot needs to be recaptured—it looks stretched: https://github.com/gbif/doc-openrefine-guide/blob/master/ch01.es.adoc#img-fig-03

Yes, it was stretched indeed, not sure why. Replaced
