The purpose of this document is to work as a template for an internal documentation process to be presented to the company's decision-making bodies to inform and support their decision in becoming a GBIF publisher.
Looking at the table in the guide. It says, “Table 1 lists the most significant private sector publishers.” It seems like all the publishers are represented, not just a summary of significant publishers. I would argue that if we are manually doing this, there should be a way to pull them in the portal and provide a link to that portal search in the guide instead. (But I realize this is something that you are doing and I should probably argue the point with Andrew :-D)
