Update DNA extention links to the latest version #136

Currently DNA term links from Table 3 https://docs.gbif-uat.org/publishing-dna-derived-data/1.0/en/#mapping-metabarcoding-edna-and-barcoding-data go to 15 May version, whereas later one exists https://rs.gbif.org/sandbox/extension/dna_derived_data_2021-05-28.xml

We are updating the links to point to prod, once the extension is released.
