URL has v 1.0, but it links to v1.3 #189

Should the old version 1.0 of the document remain online alongside 1.3, or should only the newest version be online?

I have removed the version from the URL, and made a redirect so any existing links go to https://docs.gbif.org/publishing-dna-derived-data/ (en/... as appropriate).
