When downloading the archive and using/uploading to IPT, the "Basis of record" is stated to be wrong.
Although the ingestion (from tool) on the UAT interprets the field correctly, the IPT throws an error when attempting to publish.
It seems that it may have been misspelled compared to the vocabulary (either capital S and/or two spaces)?
