Currently the default values provided in the study table in uploaded data is being placed in the meta.xml file as e.g.:

Contrarily, the default values provided by the tool (sampleSizeUnit="DNA sequence reads", organismQuantityType="DNA sequence reads" and basisOfRecord="MATERIAL_SAMPLE") are put into the occurrence.txt file.
