To provide banner area for the NPT STARTUP theme. #1

Proposed by INBio - Benin team. To provide such an area will strengthen the entrance/identity. The theme will allow options to alter the banner and menu area so it appears as proposed image.

What is the name and size of the title font in the design?

For the different areas: Title: Times regular 48 Menu: Arial bold 12 Search: Arial regular 10

Would you like the DINOT font used in IPT and NPT? Or the font has to be exactly as specified?

To use the same font used by IPT seems like a good idea to keep standardized products in GBIF

If the Header and the darwincore and scratchpads_pages modules are enable in a path like npt/?q=taxonomy/term/11/specimens (in the specimen tab of the species menu option).

below the specimen table the where the specimen records appear the title of the records appears with the banner as "background-image"

That happens because the style in sites/all/themes/custom/gbifwhite2012/css/banner.css line 93 is applied to all "header" elements.

A posible fix should be to change the css from

Header { to Header#section-header{
