404s are sticky #634

If you end up on a 404 page and then clicks back, then the 404 sticks. The previous (functional) page won't even show. You are now stuck with a 404 until you do a hard refresh.

And worst thing is that it isn't a reproducible bug but just something that happens every now and then when clicking around

Okay I can now reproduce it. https://demo.gbif-staging.org/ click taxonomy in the hero header it takes you to a 404. refresh. The 404 now turns into an ugly 404 without the header. click back. That will take you to https://demo.gbif-staging.org/ but still show a 404
