"Under development" notification #147

The data components are under development and there are many issues, big and small. But there is also an interest from some participants to get public feedback already now.

I wonder if we shouldn't add some information explaining the state of the product. A banner or similar.

I'm not sure if this is best done from the data components side. Perhaps on a site basis makes better sense. Informing that search is under development.
