occurence detail: mobile: occurrence drawer cannot be scrolled #152

On touch devices (or at least on my test iphone) the occurrence drawer content cannot be scrolled vertically.

This seem to be a well known issue in reakit/issues/469

It isn't the fix I had hoped for, but disabling modal on the reakit dialog solves it. Luckily it seems that are wanting to fix this issue. For now it has to be non-modal
