Provide a way to "escape" the hosted portal filter #169

Hosted portals have a filter configured (e.g. a country, a taxon).

Users may find they don't want this filter, so a way to remove it — or escape to GBIF.org to continue querying there — would be useful.

(Suggested by @wouteraddink at the GNM 2021 meeting.)

It seems like a meaningful option, but I would like to hear if any of the participants are interested in this. Or have talked to users who would like this functionality. And if so if they have ideas for how it should behave and look.

I'm not an unspoilt user, so I have no idea whether or not this is useful, but I have an idea how this could look like: The "Download" tab takes you to a download on gbif.org. In a similar way, an addtional tab "View on GBIF" could take the user to the occurrence search on gbif.org with the same filters set (apart from the free text search, which isn't supported).

I agree with @jholetschek If a small note is included, just as it is with the Download tab, I think it would be a useful addition. Something like: "You are about to search all dataset on GBIF for similar records; results may include records not kept in the present publisher's collection. You will be redirected to GBIF.org."
