Hosted portal for Paleo #253

@ekrimmel (ping @albenson-usgs) I was wondering if it would be interesting to create a hosted portal that focused on GBIF mediated fossils in e.g. US. It could be a way for us to test the work going on with GeologicalContext in https://github.com/gbif/pipelines/issues/400 And more generally see what we could do to better support that community. It might never be something that goes into production, but that is okay, we can just delete it later on.

Let me know what you think, it is something I can easily set up . I would do it locally anyhow to test the GeologicalContext work, but I will not put it online if it is somehow overstepping with the work of other groups.

I'm closing as there doesn't seem to be interest in it at this point. We can always revisit the idea at a later stage
