Investigate records that do not have BBM as institution code but are included in portal dataset scope #67

Based on the difference between

There are some records that may not have BBM as their institution code still. This was first discovered in #66. Based on the number 40,000 it may the CTC collection datasets, which are on VertNet.

Your data scope is defined here https://github.com/gbif/hp-beaty-biodiversity-museum/blob/main/_includes/js/config.js#L28 based on the application, but you can change them as you like. Let me know if you need help doing so
