Adds the cluster and dashboard view to occurrences as introduced in https://github.com/gbif/jekyll-hp-base-theme/commit/bb60cb80cf789a5e8e840aef79867d741f01a541

Be aware that I haven't deployed it to production yet, so you will not see the expected dashboard if you do a release. It will go to production early next week i expect

Good to know, I'll hold off on the next release then! It is working as expected on staging, catalog numbers have an unexpected lowercase when viewed in the dashboard but aside from really clean and functional! Bravo!

The dashboards are now in prod
