Register maptiler and mapbox keys

Could you please register your own accounts with maptiler and mapbox. Using the GBIF keys isn't ideal for 2 reasons:

• it is unstable as I might change it when I see fit, and I will not remember to change it in your project.
• You share the number of allowed free tiles with everyone else instead of having your own dedicated for your site.
