Host require Source Data even when using DB with no need of {host}

Hi,
When using SQLite driver Source Data still require Host field as requirement (you can't analyze or save the new database connection). This is intended? Filling Host with any garbage works.
I also made major corrections to https://github.com/gbif/ipt/wiki/IPT2DatabaseConnection.wiki

• Incorrect link to sqlite driver jar (they are publishing .jar at bitbucket)
• Missing limitType key documentation (null pointer exception if not filled)
• Correction of PostgreSQL and SQLite examples
