In table 3, event and location information are left blank for child events but the information in parent events will not be inherited by the child events. One of our users asked why coordinates, dates and the other data given for the parentEventID are not visible on the portal. We received similar question in the past here.
Filling in data for child events or adding notes to the table could be helpful.
