Uploading DwC-A file overwrites existing files #2472

Hi,

I've noticed that if a new DwC-A file is uploaded to an existing IPT resource via "Source Data > Add > File" but there are already existing data tables in that IPT resource that have the same name that the ones contained in the zipped file; the old files are overwritten without asking the user if they should.

Could the system ask the user in these cases?
