URL redirection from the IPT #2528

Hi, would it be possible to add a redirection from the IPT logo, in the menu bar. Example : clicking on the Canadensys logo, would bring the user back to https://www.canadensys.net/

It is currently bringing users back to https://data.canadensys.net/ipt/

We can probably add that as a function to Admin/UI settings if there's more interest.

You can also make your own build with the redirect URL if you want.
