freemarker.core.InvalidReferenceException on resource creation #690

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a new resource importing the zipped archive downloadable here: http://gbif.biodiversityireland.ie/fow.zip
2. Notice the exception thrown

What version of the provider software are you using? 
Version 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT-r3216

Screenshot and logs added at attachements

I was running with Java 6, Tomcat 6, with the Version 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT-r3218 and saw
it again

I tried to reproduce this issue in Ubuntu and Windows XP, but I couldn't.

The import was successful.

Burke has reproduced this on his Mac with Java 6 and Tomcat 6 and ipt2 r3205

I have just reproduced it again on Windows XP, with Java 6 and Tomcat 6 and Version
2.0.2-SNAPSHOT-r3220

Please try the archive attached to try and reproduce again.

For some reason, I can import successfully the fow.zip file that I downloaded 2 days
ago. But the zipped file attached here throw the exception.

Fixed in r3221.
