(option to) sort own fields in mapping step, and make searchable #108

At the mapping step, there may sometimes be many (100s) fields in the uploaded data (sample sheet mainly) possible to map to DwC terms. It will be easier to identify the field in mind, if he dropdown list was sorted and/or was searchable/autocomplete. (screenshot of random unsorted dropdown)
