FK issue between entity_assertion and entityOfInterest #7

ERROR:  insert or update on table "entity_assertion" violates foreign key constraint "entity_assertion_entityID_fkey"
DETAIL:  Key (entityID)=(10256356) is not present in table "entity_of_interest".

It is not in digital or material entity tables either
