Phrase names #81

@mdoering Totally fine with changing strain to phrase. Are there cases where strain/phrase/cultivar overlap? If not, they're all basically epithets used to mean "this is a special case" and I'm wondering if they should be merged.

Agree with that. Just that cultivars need a special way of formatting the "phrase" in quotes. How would you know it is a cultivar name vs a bacterial strain? We could extend the name type vocabulary, but does that then gain much? strain & phrase at least simply need to be appended
