A test website based on the GBIF Hosted Portals framework has been set up. The website content can be managed from the GitHub repository is-gbif](https://github.com/gbif/hp-obis-gbif).

The technical documentation about how to maintain a hosted portal is available here.

The content is published at this temporary test URL: https://obis-gbif.hp.gbif-staging.org/.

It is a Jekyll site with a theme, so the Jekyll documentation is the core part to understand The theme is developed by GBIFS and has a demo site here: https://hp-theme.gbif-staging.org/documentation-intro with some examples of custom layouts and theme specific features
