Expand grid functions to use FootprintWKT squares #11

Squares SHOULD be based on the provided footprintWKT or MAY be reverse-engineered when the dataset is likely gridded (Waller 2019).

What should happen when some occurrences don't have a footprintWKT?

I suggest to then revert to the point radius circles.
