Update DOI to point to versionless deposit on Zenodo (so it will always point to latest version)
Update DOI badge
Place DOI badge under title as is custom
Update description
Place <hr> to separate description from the draft text in the rest of the README

I copied what Zenodo said was the versionless DOI:

Maybe that page on Zenodo is incorrect, the DOI is different in the Markdown vs the line above.
