Support publisher provided typifiedName #942

GBIF currently parse out the typifiedName and then put it into a GBIF namespace to e.g. show on the web. An example record is https://api.gbif.org/v1/occurrence/1839378016.

ABCD/BioCASe also has typifiedName as shown in this example.

I suggest we should allow publishers to provide typifiedName directly to avoid this parsing, and to allow publishers to control their view. This will provide the justification to help get this into DwC https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/issues/28

Yes this would be good. Also compare with Catalogue of Life Data Package which has a type material table.
