Locality issues for some bats from Malawi and Mozambique in the MCZ catalog #1813

While cross-checking the data in Lawrence & Loveridge (1953), I noticed the following remark in page 3:

"However, it is as well to state here that camp in the Misuku Mountains was made beside the Matipa Forest; on the Nyika Plateau directly above Nchenachena at 7500 feet; on Mlanje Mountain at three different points, viz. Lichenya Plateau, the Likabula River in the western foothills, and the Ruo Valley on the southeastern slopes. Mtimbuka (Tembuka on labels) is on the southwest shore of Lake Nyasa about fourteen miles north of Fort Johnston. The locality figuring as "near Tete, M." in the following pages, is the village of Kasumbadedza on the south bank of the Zambezi River five miles west of Tete, Mozambique."

This seems to have been overlooked for a number of entries in the database:

"Near Tete" --> Kasumbadedza (ca. 16 07 52 S 033 29 44 E - 33.49556;-16.13111): MCZ 43769, 43770, 43771, 43772, 43773, 43774

Tembuka --> Mtimbuka (ca. 14 20 06 S 035 08 46 E - 34.14611;-14.3350): MCZ 43764, 43765, 43766, 43767, 43775, 43776, 43767, 43768, 43779, 43780 (date: 3 March 1949 --> 1 March 1949)

MCZ 43834: Nycteris aethiopica oriana --> Nycteris macrotis -- date: 20 July 1948 --> 21 December 1948 (Lawrence & Loveridge, 1953: 18).

MCZ 43852: date: 16 December 1948 --> 14 December 1948 (for the entire series to MCZ 43862 - Lawrence & Loveridge, 1953: 22).

Reference: Lawrence, B. and Loveridge, A. (1953). Zoological results of a fifth expedition to East Africa. Mammals from Nyasaland and Tete. With notes on the genus Otomys. - Bulletin of the Museum of Comparative Zoology, 110 (1): 3 - 80.
