4 years ago @fmendezh what should we do with this area? We have discussed it a couple of times - but have so far (as I understood it) not decided anything.
- Port as much as possible to the new API? If I understand correctly @asturcon have merged parts (or perhaps even all) of the 2 APIs?
- Update the API to be backwards compatible?
- Remove it all together?
- Keep a few fields and redirect users to the registry?
I guess it depends on wether we believe it is useful for anyone.
Display the number from pipeline in Occurrences in last ingestion
On the dataset page, the number of "occurrence in the last ingestion" displayed is the one generated by the old ingestion system. It is not always consistent with the number of occurrences ingested by the pipeline (at least this is the case here for this BioCASe dataset). It would be good to have consistent numbers.
