Could we have a way to indicate that a publisher checked an issue or flag for a record? #3113

This comes from a conversation with a publisher. They would like to be able to show they checked the record flags and to specify:

Ideally we would even give a way to filter for these remark/comments or "unresolvable" issue.

I have no idea if this would be even possible.

There are two things that can be done as things stand. Those are to fill in the terms georeferenceVerificationStatus and identificationVerificationStatus and republish the data. These terms are meant to capture whether and to what extent the data as published are correct.
