New webpage: why and how to partner with GBIF

Make a simple page that describes what is expected in a draft support letter and how and how early a grant applicant should contact GBIF Node or GBIF S for a funded WP partnership. Identify min financial thresholds and "contact latest" deadlines. Can include benefits of grant partnership with GBIF, similar to https://iucnsos.org/partner-with-iucn-sos
