All backbone issues related to PBDB for forwarding later #3557

Note this dataset is generated by a script written by @mdoering.

and that script has built successfully an archive the last time in 2018-05-15. I vaguely remember @tucotuco working on a replacement for the PBDB dwc archive?

I fixed the build script and we now get the latest data again for the PBDB checklist
